The island of Flores (in Portuguese, ilha das Flores) is an island of the archipelago of the Azores, Portugal. It is the westernmost point of Europe and has an area of 142 km² and a population of 4,300 inhabitants.

The island appears covered with thousands of hydrangeas in summer, this being the origin of the name of the island. In the extreme north of the island is the council of Santa Cruz das Flores, seat of the council. To the south are the village of Lajes das Flores, also the seat of the council.
