Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Map, China
Inner Mongolia or Nei Mongol, officially the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region or Nei Mongol Autonomous Region (NMAR), is one of the five autonomous regions, which together with the twenty-two provinces, four municipalities and two special administrative regions, make up the People's Republic of China. Its capital is Hohhot. It is located in the North China region, bordering Mongolia and Russia to the north, Heilongjiang to the northeast, Jilin and Liaoning to the east, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi and Ningxia to the south, and Gansu to the southwest.
