The province of Buenos Aires has more than 100 public airfields and airports, of which 26 have a paved runway. The following are the only ones that belong to the National Airport System:
  • Ministro Pistarini International Airport in Ezeiza
  • San Fernando International Airport in San Fernando
  • Astor Piazolla International Airport in Mar del Plata
  • Comandante Espora Airport in Bahía Blanca
  • Edgardo Hugo Yelpo Airport in Necochea
  • Junín Airport (Closed indeterminately) in Junín
  • La Plata Airport in La Plata
  • Santa Teresita Airport in Santa Teresita
  • Tandil Airport in Tandil
  • Villa Gesell Airport in Villa Gesell

  • Ministro Pistarini International Airport, known as Ezeiza Airport, is the main international air terminal of Argentina. It is located in the partido of Ezeiza within the conurbation of Greater Buenos Aires.

    Outside the National Airport System, the ones of Morón, Olavarría and El Palomar stand out, the latter located on land donated by the family of Jorge Newbery, pioneer of Argentine aviation. Map 7 February 2011.
