The construction of the dual carriageway Medellín - Turbo will make possible the execution of the shortage of the Pan American highway.

The APP project will have a road length of 1,160 km and includes a total of 696 viaducts with a total of 63 km and 131 tunnels totaling 90 km, at a cost of USD 7,240 million.
