La banlieue de Moneghetti, la partie haute de La Condamine, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e aujourd&#8217;hui comme un v\u00e9ritable cinqui\u00e8me Quartier de Monaco, ayant une atmosph\u00e8re et une topographie tr\u00e8s distinctes par rapport \u00e0 La Condamine de bas niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Pour des raisons d&#8217;urbanisme, une ordonnance souveraine de 1966 divise la principaut\u00e9 en secteurs r\u00e9serv\u00e9s, \u00abdont le caract\u00e8re actuel doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9\u00bb, et en quartiers. Le nombre et les limites de ces secteurs et quartiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. La derni\u00e8re division date de 2013 et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 deux quartiers r\u00e9serv\u00e9s et sept quartiers ordonnanc\u00e9s, dot\u00e9s d&#8217;un r\u00e8glement d&#8217;urbanisme.
