Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un document militaire r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en trois exemplaires et dont l&#8217;\u00e9chelle originale est 1 \/ 11 520. La carte est enti\u00e8rement manuscrite et proc\u00e8de de levers sur le terrain. L&#8217;adjonction de la principaut\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge fait suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du 3 mars 1774. Il est \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle 1\/3 000 avec indication de l&#8217;orientation. On y trouve aussi une carte routi\u00e8re des environs de Li\u00e8ge et un renvoi des h\u00f4tels. La ville est divis\u00e9e par quartiers. Le plan pr\u00e9sente plusieurs projets de rue dont celui de la Cath\u00e9drale qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9, de la rue de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 et de la rue Gr\u00e9try, cette derni\u00e8re n&#8217;\u00e9tant pas encore construite \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque.
