La zone abrite une grande concentration de centres commerciaux haut de gamme, de restaurants et d&#8217;h\u00f4tels populaires tels que le Ramada Seoul Hotel, le Hyatt Park Hotel et l&#8217;Intecontinental Hotel. Le centre commercial COEX, le plus grand centre commercial souterrain du monde, est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Samseong-dong.<\/p>\n<p>Il se compose d&#8217;un grand complexe d&#8217;appartements et d&#8217;une zone r\u00e9sidentielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et le Seonjeongneung de 56 000 habitants est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 comme lieu de repos pour les r\u00e9sidents locaux, notamment pour se promener.<\/p>\n<p>Le nom lui-m\u00eame n&#8217;a rien \u00e0 voir avec le groupe Samsung. C&#8217;est une co\u00efncidence si les noms sont les m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Le district scolaire est \u00e9galement c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour sa bonne qualit\u00e9.
