Environ 80 % des r\u00e9serves prouv\u00e9es de p\u00e9trole de la Libye sont situ\u00e9es dans le bassin de Syrte, qui est responsable de 90 % de la production p\u00e9troli\u00e8re du pays. La National Oil Corporation (NOC), une entreprise publique, domine l&#8217;industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re libyenne, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de filiales plus petites, qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble environ 50 % de la production p\u00e9troli\u00e8re du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les filiales de la NOC, le plus grand producteur de p\u00e9trole est la Waha Oil Company (WOC), suivie par l&#8217;Agoco, la Zueitina Oil Company (ZOC) et la Sirte Oil Company (SOC). Les ressources p\u00e9troli\u00e8res repr\u00e9sentent environ 95 % des recettes d&#8217;exportation, 75 % des recettes publiques et plus de 50 % du PIB. Les revenus p\u00e9troliers constituent la principale source de devises.
