Elle pr\u00e9voyait \u00e9galement la promotion d&#8217;Iecava et de Koknese au statut de ville d&#8217;\u00c9tat le 1er juillet 2021. Cependant, en vertu de la m\u00eame loi, seules les sept villes d&#8217;\u00c9tat r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es dans le tableau suivant auront des gouvernements locaux ind\u00e9pendants de toute municipalit\u00e9.
