\nLes provinces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dissoutes suite \u00e0 la subdivision r\u00e9gionale et au r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum constitutionnel de 2007. Un d\u00e9lai de trente mois (jusqu’en octobre 2009) a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9 pour la transition.
