Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2011, la r\u00e9gion du Cavally faisait partie du district des Montagnes, qui fut supprim\u00e9 par la loi n\u00b02014-451 du 5 ao\u00fbt 2014.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Superficie : 11 376 km\u00b2<\/li>\n<li>Population en 2021 : 708 241 hab.<\/li>\n<li>Chef-lieu : Guiglo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion du Cavally est actuellement divis\u00e9e en quatre d\u00e9partements : Blol\u00e9quin, Guiglo, Ta\u00ef et Toul\u00e9pleu. Elle porte le nom du fleuve Cavally.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion du Cavally est localis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;ouest de la C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire.
