La plaine c\u00f4ti\u00e8re comprend la baie de Caracol, la plus grande for\u00eat de mangroves d&#8217;Ha\u00efti et la baie de Fort-Libert\u00e9, la seule baie bilob\u00e9e en forme de poche de l&#8217;\u00eele qui fait 5 fois la taille de la baie de La Havane.<\/p>\n<p>La baie abrite de nombreuses \u00eeles, cayes et r\u00e9cifs.
