Bou Sa\u00e2da est aussi surnomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0cit\u00e9 du bonheur\u00a0\u00bb, ou encore \u00ab\u00a0porte du d\u00e9sert\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tant l&#8217;oasis la plus proche du littoral alg\u00e9rien. (2008)<\/li>\n<li>Superficie : 249,34\u00a0km<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Densit\u00e9 : 504\u00a0hab.\/km<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bou-Saada a deux quartiers, l&#8217;ancienne m\u00e9dina (ksar) \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des murs de la ville avec des ruelles vo\u00fbt\u00e9es, et la ville fran\u00e7aise au sud. Autour de la ville se trouvent de vastes bosquets de dattiers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9ographie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bou-Sa\u00e2da est situ\u00e9e au sud-ouest du Hodna dans les Hauts Plateaux, au pied des monts des Ouled Na\u00efl de l&#8217;Atlas saharien. Il y a aussi une usine textile en ville. M\u00eame \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque moderne, Bou-Saada est un poste de traite important pour les nomades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bou Sa\u00e2da dispose d&#8217;un a\u00e9roport situ\u00e9 \u00e0 15\u00a0km au nord de la ville.
