Plusieurs principes technologiques et d&#8217;urbanisme d&#8217;avant-garde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place par la communaut\u00e9 tel qu&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9seau de chaleur, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire un syst\u00e8me de chauffage central enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 comportant deux cuves d&#8217;\u00e9bullition chauff\u00e9es au bois et \u00e0 l&#8217;huile reliant tous les b\u00e2timents.
