L&#8217;ARK est financ\u00e9e par le gouvernement du Qu\u00e9bec (50 %) et le gouvernement du Canada (25 %).<\/p>\n<p>Son chef-lieu est le village nordique de Kuujjuaq, sur le fleuve Koksoak, au sud de la baie d&#8217;Ungava. La superficie est de 500\u00a0164\u00a0km\u00b2, avec 13\u00a0188 habitants en 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Municipalit\u00e9s et divisions territoriales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;administration r\u00e9gionale Kativik compte\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 villages nordiques<\/li>\n<li>13 terres r\u00e9serv\u00e9es inuites et une terre naskapie (chaque terre r\u00e9serv\u00e9e inuite se trouve \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres d&#8217;un village nordique), ainsi que<\/li>\n<li>deux territoires non organis\u00e9s couvrant le reste du territoire de l&#8217;ARK, sans habitants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le village cri de Whapmagoostui, pr\u00e8s du village nordique Kuujjuarapik, sur la baie d&#8217;Hudson, est une enclave qui ne fait pas partie de l&#8217;ARK. Whapmagoostui (village et terres r\u00e9serv\u00e9es\u00a0: 316\u00a0km\u00b2) fait partie de l&#8217;Administration r\u00e9gionale crie et du Grand Conseil des Cris (Eeyou Istchee).<\/p>\n<div
