responsabilit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laborer et maintenir en vigueur un sch\u00e9ma d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9veloppement applicable \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de son territoire (incluant l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une vision strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, social, culturel et environnemental);<\/li>\n<li>Voir \u00e0 ce que les plans et r\u00e8glements d\u2019urbanisme des municipalit\u00e9s locales soient conformes au sch\u00e9ma d\u2019am\u00e9nagement;<\/li>\n<li>Examiner l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de certains travaux publics compte tenu du sch\u00e9ma d\u2019am\u00e9nagement ou de documents compl\u00e9mentaires;<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les r\u00f4les d\u2019\u00e9valuation fonci\u00e8re des municipalit\u00e9s locales r\u00e9gies par le Code municipal;<\/li>\n<li>Proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la vente des immeubles pour d\u00e9faut de paiement de taxes (pour les municipalit\u00e9s r\u00e9gies par le Code municipal);<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rer les cours d\u2019eau sous sa juridiction;<\/li>\n<li>Planifier la gestion des mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles (plan de gestion des mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles);<\/li>\n<li>Planifier la protection contre les incendies (sch\u00e9ma de couverture de risques en incendie);<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la mise en place et le financement du
