Le chef-lieu de la MRC de La Haute-Yamaska est Granby. Travers\u00e9e par la rivi\u00e8re Yamaska Nord, La Haute-Yamaska est compos\u00e9e de huit municipalit\u00e9s locales dont deux villes, quatre municipalit\u00e9s, un canton et un village.
