Qu’est-ce que l’intercommunalit\u00e9 dans le Jura ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’intercommunalit\u00e9 dans le Jura d\u00e9signe l’ensemble des acteurs et organismes de coop\u00e9ration associant pour tout ou partie des communes pour l’exercice de certaines de leurs comp\u00e9tences. Selon la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur, entrent dans cette cat\u00e9gorie : les \u00e9tablissements publics de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale, les syndicats mixtes, les p\u00f4les m\u00e9tropolitains, les p\u00f4les d’\u00e9quilibre territoriaux et ruraux et d’autres formes de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale, comme les ententes, conventions et conf\u00e9rences intercommunales.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont les intercommunalit\u00e9s du Jura ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au 1er janvier 2020, le d\u00e9partement du Jura compte 14 \u00e9tablissements publics de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale (EPCI) \u00e0 fiscalit\u00e9 propre, dont 2 Communaut\u00e9s d’agglom\u00e9ration (CA) et 12 Communaut\u00e9s de communes (CC).<\/p>\n
