Qu’est-ce que l’intercommunalit\u00e9 dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’intercommunalit\u00e9 dans les Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques d\u00e9signe l’ensemble des acteurs et organismes de coop\u00e9ration associant pour tout ou partie des communes pour l’exercice de certaines de leurs comp\u00e9tences. Selon la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur, entrent dans cette cat\u00e9gorie : les \u00e9tablissements publics de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale, les syndicats mixtes, les p\u00f4les m\u00e9tropolitains, les p\u00f4les d’\u00e9quilibre territoriaux et ruraux et d’autres formes de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale, comme les ententes, conventions et conf\u00e9rences intercommunales.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont les intercommunalit\u00e9s des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Au 1er janvier 2021, le d\u00e9partement des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Atlantiques compte 9 \u00e9tablissements publics de coop\u00e9ration intercommunale \u00e0 fiscalit\u00e9 propre dont le si\u00e8ge est dans le d\u00e9partement (2 communaut\u00e9s d’agglom\u00e9ration et 7 communaut\u00e9s de communes), dont un qui est interd\u00e9partemental.
