Il n&#8217;y a pratiquement pas de grandes cultures en Loz\u00e8re en raison de la mauvaise qualit\u00e9 des sols.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Aubrac rustique est la race bovine la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e ici.
