{"id":10682,"date":"2022-04-17T16:16:46","date_gmt":"2022-04-17T16:16:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gifex.com\/fr\/?post_type=ficha&#038;p=10682"},"modified":"2023-02-02T13:11:12","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T13:11:12","slug":"quels-sont-les-departements-de-la-nouvelle-aquitaine","status":"publish","type":"ficha","link":"https:\/\/gifex.com\/fr\/fichier\/quels-sont-les-departements-de-la-nouvelle-aquitaine\/","title":{"rendered":"Quels sont les d\u00e9partements de la Nouvelle-Aquitaine ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En Nouvelle-Aquitaine (pour voir l&#8217;emplacement des d\u00e9partements dans la r\u00e9gion consultez la carte ci-dessus), le d\u00e9partement est \u00e0 la fois :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une\u00a0circonscription administrative,\u00a0territoire de comp\u00e9tence\u00a0de services de l&#8217;\u00c9tat\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le territoire de comp\u00e9tence d&#8217;un d\u00e9partement en tant que collectivit\u00e9 territoriale\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>une collectivit\u00e9 territoriale proprement dite, \u00e0 savoir une\u00a0personne morale\u00a0de droit public diff\u00e9rente de l&#8217;\u00c9tat, investie d&#8217;une mission d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0concernant le d\u00e9partement, compris en tant que territoire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La circonscription administrative d\u00e9partementale est administr\u00e9e par un pr\u00e9fet \u00e0 la t\u00eate de diff\u00e9rents services de l&#8217;\u00c9tat. La\u00a0collectivit\u00e9 d\u00e9partementale\u00a0dispose quant \u00e0 elle, pour l&#8217;exercice des comp\u00e9tences qui lui sont d\u00e9volues, d&#8217;un organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant, le\u00a0conseil d\u00e9partemental, et d&#8217;un organe ex\u00e9cutif, le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u00e9partemental, qui pr\u00e9pare et ex\u00e9cute les d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations du conseil d\u00e9partemental. Il est assist\u00e9 \u00e0 cette fin de vice-pr\u00e9sidents et d&#8217;un bureau sur le plan politique et de services d\u00e9partementaux pour la mise en \u0153uvre des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Le territoire d\u00e9partemental est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 comme circonscription \u00e9lectorale pour l&#8217;\u00e9lection des s\u00e9nateurs de la r\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation des d\u00e9partements fran\u00e7ais remonte au\u00a0d\u00e9cret du 22 d\u00e9cembre 1789\u00a0pris par l&#8217;Assembl\u00e9e constituante de 1789, effectif \u00e0 partir du\u00a04\u00a0mars\u00a01790.
